"We used DEM (discrete element method) analysis software to simulate how particles collide with each other and with the surface of the conveyor belt at the transfer points, designed curved chutes on the belt to make sure that the particles' falling speed is the same with their speed in contact with the belt to reduce collisions, so as to reduce dust generation," Sun said.

During the 2018-2023 period, China is expected to see the highest blockchain spending in the sectors of banking, discrete manufacturing, retail, professional services and process manufacturing, IDC said.

In 2019, most of the country's blockchain spending went to the banking sector, while discrete manufacturing, retail, professional services and process manufacturing were among the top industries that attracted blockchain spending.
